Toilet Bowl Cleaning Tablets

I wanted something to clean hard water stains in my toilet and nothing with harmful smelly chemicals. The reviews on these tablets was positive so I gave them a try. I was not disappointed. Drop the tablet in and scrub with toilet brush, after a few uses no hard water stains. Great price for all you get and neatly packaged. Will buy more!!

The tablets clean the toilet very well. The best part about these tablets is that they are practically unscented. Most toilet bowl cleansers have a very strong smell, but these tablets do not. They don't have the convenience of the liquid cleansers that can be applied directly under the rim of the bowl, but the tablets do create a blue foamy liquid that can be used to clean the bowl. Works pretty well, I like that the tablets are individually wrapped. I think they are worth a try, especially if you can't stand the overwhelming smell of traditional toilet bowl cleansers.

These toilet cleaning tabs are good for basic cleaning and refreshing needs for your potties. I will say if you need a heavy deep cleaning product, look elsewhere. But for most upkeep needs and odors, these work very nicely. The scent does cover odors, however it isn't very lasting or strong. It definitely helps, but this actually could use a bit of a scent boost. Otherwise it works to remove minor buildup and help freshen and clean for your usual cleaning routine or needed minor fresh ups between routine cleanings.

I like the ease of these Fab Tab toilet bowl cleaning tabs, as well as that they're safe and natural and made from compostable wrapping. As far as cleaning goes, they're not great. We have hard water that causes pink rings in our toilet bowls. These tablets didn't touch that hard water ring. I cleaned the toilet with our regular toilet cleaner and dropped one of these in every three or four days and that does seem to keep the hard water stains down. Unfortunately, that's just not a cost effective solution. If you don't have hard water these would probably work well for you.

I like that these toilet tablets are plant-based and don’t contain harsh chemicals. They’re easy to use—just drop one in and let it fizz away grime and odors. The lemon and eucalyptus scent is refreshing without being overpowering. It doesn’t give that “deep scrub” result like bleach would, but it’s great for eco-friendly, regular cleaning.

Sadly cannot smell the lemon/scent at all. Cleans so it’s not a total waste but I was hoping for something with scent since we are on well water and the lemon scent helps freshen it up in other brands I’ve bought.

Great eco-friendly packaging and effective product. So easy to use, you just unwrap the tablet and drop it in the toilet and brush to clean! It makes me happy to use non-toxic products with no plastic packaging, and even happier that the product does a great job!

These are pricey but a natural and sustainable way to clean your toilet. They leave behind a pleasant smell as well. However in my case they came up lacking. I have around 18 months of grime in my toilet and decided it was finally time to take care of it. I dropped a tablet in as per the instructions and waited several minutes before scrubbing. But there was almost no effect. I waited longer to let it fully dissolve and finally made some progress. But still most of the grime was left behind. I've had this problem with other "unnatural" products as well so I know it is a difficult job. So far I've only come across one chemical that could take care of it in one shot. So this is basically average. But if you only have light cleaning then this may be perfect for you.

For the price this is effective and sustainable. Everyone is looking for a way to save money and the Earth and this may be it. Finally something affordable that also actually works. Leaves the toilet bowl nice and clean. So easy to use, just open the package and let it drop in - it begins to work Immediately. There is a nice scent to it as well not too strong at all.

No harsh or over powering smells, just clean smelling, cleans very effectively, and pretty effortlessly. I think it’s a very good value for your money, I’m happy with my purchase, works well, cleans well, dissolves well!

My original review was the following: "These tabs do help clean a toilet bowl. But the majority of us imagine tabs will sit in your toilet bowl tank for a little while and continue to help clean. These dissolve after a few flushes, which makes them very expensive toilet bowl cleaner. I am trying to get away from using plastic containers which is why I purchased this item. If they were cheaper, I'd keep getting them as a toilet bowl cleaner." After conversing with the group who makes these, it is not accurate to list this product as a 'toilet bowl tank' tab. There are actually specific instructions on how to clean the toilet bowl. Which this product does do.

These toilet cleaner tablets arrived in good condition with no issues. They do work* but the asterisk is important here and the asterisk is *since these go straight into the bowl, they don’t do anything for stains that aren’t directly touching the waterline. I found conventional toilet cleaner more effective, which was disappointing given the higher price of this product. I get that the appeal here is a more natural, plastic-free option, but it’s still meant to replace conventional cleaner and I didn’t feel like it did the job as well. Maybe if your toilet gets cleaned more frequently or has lighter use it would work better. With a potty-training toddler in the house, I’ll be sticking with the regular gel cleaner.
