Do you offer expedited shipping?
Absolutely! We provide expedited shipping services within the United States. The cost is $20 for FabTab Home Kit, Multi-purpose, and Bathroom Starter Kits, as well as our Dual Hand Soap Kits, and $15 for Multi-Purpose Starter Kits, Bathroom Cleaner Starter Kits, Foaming Hand Soap Kits, and All 30 Tablet Packs. Please anticipate up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped.
Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or additions to orders once they have been placed
What is your return policy?
We provide complimentary returns for orders shipped within the US, within a 90-day window from the shipment date. The return window commences on the day the product is shipped. To qualify for a return, the item must be sent back to us with all its components intact. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll email you to confirm its arrival. The refund will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Our products are all developed using natural ingredients, we avoid formulas with allergens. we have not conducted testing to verify if FabTab products can be considered hypoallerhenic.

In the original packaging, our tablets have a shelf life of 2 years.

Where is FabTab manufactured?
All FabTab Tablets are manufactured under license in South Africa. Our infinity glass bottles are responsibly manufactured in China.
Why does my trigger leak?
As the FabTab dissolves in water, microparticles continue to work long after you can see changes occuring. This creates gas which is being released through the trigger. Remember to turn the trigger OFF when not in use and don’t leave it on a wooden surface.
What is a 2-in-1 Fabtab Trigger?
FabTab triggers can either used as a misting spray or a foaming spray. simply open the plastic window on the end of the trigger for a fine mist spray or close it if you would like a foaming solution.
What are the FabTab infinity Bottles made of?
All FabTab infinity bottles are made of Glass. Our 16.9oz cleaning sprays bottles come with a stylish silicone sleeve
What is the shelf life of your FabTabs
FabTab maintains its quality for up to two years when stored in its original sealed packaging. The packaging includes a manufacturing date, and the expiration date would be two years from the manufacturing date.
Can I use FabTab Tablets without the FabTab infinity bottles?
If you already have a glass bottle that you are comfortable with then no sweat! simply shop our FabTab refills. For the best experience we recommend using the Fabtab infinity glass bottles as our tablets are designed to easily fit into the neck of the bottle.
Do FabTab Tablets disinfect?
Our cleaner tablets are designed for surface cleaning purposes and do not function as disinfectants. While they efficiently clean the recommended surfaces, they do not eradicate all bacteria upon contact.
