Shipping Within the United States

Fab Tab ships within the United States. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

For orders under $50, current standard shipping rates are:

·       $4.99. This includes all types of products including Starter Kits, Tablets / Refill Packs, and Accessories. 

The shipping charge shown at checkout controls if an order contains a different combination of products, a promotional rate applies, or carrier rates have changed.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, and destinations outside the contiguous United States may require additional time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Tracking information will be sent when available.

Order Changes and Addresses

Our fulfillment process may begin soon after payment is completed. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Fab Tab is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, except where required by law.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact hello@fabtab.com with your order number. We will help review the shipment with the carrier. Carrier investigations and replacement eligibility depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

Returns

Eligible purchases made directly from fabtab.com may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Please review the Refund Policy for eligibility, the satisfaction guarantee, return instructions, exclusions, and refund timing.

Third-Party Purchases

Products purchased through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s shipping and return policies. Fab Tab cannot accept returns for items purchased outside fabtab.com.
